I have established equally as strong bonds with engineers reporting to me, as I have with members of the C-Suite for whom I am directly accountable to.

The most important insight I have surfaced after analyzing a decade’s worth of diverse workplace interactions is that it all comes back to Emotional Intelligence: at the root of all sustained, meaningful workplace success is someone, or a group of people, with extraordinary EQ.
